Elevation of Conscious and Sub Conscious Energies

Spirituality has been my saving grace for many years. Now, I still have to remember that living in today's
environment or should I say societies traditional way of life doesn’t seem to raise my vibration to a higher
element of existence. Keeping centered seems to take more effort on my part. I have to remind myself to
only take on the energy that will be conducive for my growth. Daily meditation and prayer for me is the
only way I can create my peaceful space. Looking for external spiritual fulfillment can be stimulating, but
sometimes viewing others point of view can be confusing unless they are a spiritual teacher. My
experiences have taught me to look within for all answers. We intuitively know what our next step
should be, but do we listen, each person can answer that question, remember to be honest to yourself.
Interpreting this internal energy will be determined by the level of trust and spiritual evolvement of the
mind, body and soul. Perception of reality verses our own wishes and desires can be tricky in the beginning.
So you say how do I know, well if you question the answer then you have second guessed yourself.

Love, wow, sure can cloud the mind. Take time to feel, see and understand the truth. I myself have made many choices that seem to have taken me on a path where the lessons are never ending. Ultimately, clarity does effectively take hold of my whole being and bring me down to earth. Staying grounded during the beginning stages of a love relationship is difficult. But as this relationship develops and matures comfort and security seem to slide in with out you even knowing. If this doesn’t happen, then maybe it’s time to
re-evaluate what values are instilled within your realities of what this relationship is based on. Simply said, is this purely sexual, spiritual growth or are you just used to allowing someone to control or
manipulate you, only you can decide. Do both parties give the same amount of energy or one person doing all
the work? Are you allowing the same type of personality to enter your life each time you have a
relationship? If so then it’s time to step back and look at why this is happening. Learning life lessons can only help us grow spiritually, mentally and physically. And, believe me I want to get the lesson
first time around so I don’t have to repeat it, time and time again. Life and love is too beautiful, and I would rather be feeling good about my situation than dwelling on why things aren’t working out. Today is the beginning of your new way of thinking so lets make the best of what life has to offer.
